From our experience, developers require a smooth transition between their involvement with a development and handover to a management company. This generally takes place at a pre-determined stage during or shortly after the completion of all units.
Through working closely with developers we can smooth the process between completion and the habitation by residents. Prior to completion of the development, where necessary, we will work with the developer in drawing up the lease by liaising with it's legal representative should it be necessary.
Our service can include implementing and overseeing the handover between developer and owner, explaining the details of living in a new property and how the lease works, the setting up of a limited company for the development (including appointment of the Company Officers) and the formation of the company bank account.
