The first of its kind in the UK, MyBNS alerts our property managers immediately of any problems reported meaning issues are resolved quickly and transparently.

The communication tool was developed by us and covers anything from problems with door entry systems, television signal, vandalism, cleaning required, garden maintenance and even blown light bulbs.

All owners and tenants within individual apartment blocks are given access to MyBNS.co.uk, where they can see how problems are being resolved along with access to the most recent inspection reports at the properties in which they live or invest.
