We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Head of Facilities Management to lead our Facilities Management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the management and performance of the team, procuring and managing services across a diverse range of properties. This is a key role that requires strategic planning, leadership, and management skills to deliver high-level services to our clients.

As Head of Facilities Management, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our Facilities Management department and helping us to achieve our ambitious growth plans.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the Facilities Management department
- Lead and manage the Facilities Management team to deliver exceptional service to clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and influential stakeholders
- Drive exemplary quality, health, safety, environmental, compliance, and sustainability within the FM service delivery
- Identify and capitalise on growth opportunities for FM in new and existing service lines
- Contribute to the wider Property Services growth strategy
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience leading Facilities Management teams delivering procurement and management services to multiple site portfolios
- Excellent customer service, communication, client management, and retention skills
- High degree of knowledge of Health and Safety legislation, environmental protection requirements
- Experience of delivering services to both residential and commercial property
- High-level communication and interpersonal skills, both written and spoken
- Technically competent, although not necessarily technically qualified
- Clean Driving License
