BNS is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Window Cleaner to join the On-Site Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing window cleaning, jet washing, carpet cleaning and gutter cleaning across a variety of sites in Bristol and the surrounding areas. Including residential, blocks of flats and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have ample experience and be able to undertake all mentioned tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out window cleaning, jet washing, gutter clearing and carpet cleaning
- Use a variety of tools and equipment to complete carpentry tasks
- Work from specifications to plan activities
- Manage the ordering and delivery of materials and equipment
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Report any defects to relevant persons
- Communicate with project managers, clients, and other team members
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a window cleaner or similar role
- Relevant experience, with the ability to undertake a range tasks as required
- Knowledge of building materials and their properties
- Proficiency in the use of hand and power tools
- Ability to read and interpret specifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong time management to arrive on site on time and complete tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to travel to different jobsites as required
- Valid UK driver’s license
Position:
Full time: 42.5 hour week
