As reported in FMUK, our health and safety team will be carrying out annual fire risk assessments and weekly compliance checks – including fire alarm and emergency lighting testing – to ensure each property meets statutory standards. Alongside this, our in-house electrical team will support with operational testing of life safety systems whenever required.
Abode and Digs manage a large portfolio of residential properties in Bristol, where the safe management of communal areas is essential. When choosing a partner for this contract, they were looking for expertise, a practical approach, and a service tailored to their needs.
