The last few months have seen our team size increase dramatically, with recruitment across all BNS departments – including Accounts, Maintenance, Property Services Administration, Health & Safety, Facilities Management and our Client Relationship team.
This recruitment drive has further strengthened BNS and the key services we provide to our valued clients and customers, while also enhancing communication and overall customer service.
Facilities Management
The most notable increase in recruitment can be seen in our Facilities Management department. What was once a team of three has now grown to a team of nine, headed up by our Head of Facilities Management, Jon Pestell.
We recognise that keeping properties in the best possible condition is of utmost importance to our clients. Our dedicated Facilities Management team supports the planning, procurement and management of maintenance and health and safety compliance activities to ensure your property is not only kept in excellent condition, but also safe and compliant with relevant legislation.
Our approach to the Facilities Management of your property is to ensure the following:
- Value for money
- Statutory maintenance obligations are being undertaken
- Continuous monitoring of support services to feed back and improve delivery
- Provision of a pre-planned, preventative service
- Delivered services enable users of the property to live in an environment that is fully compliant with current Health, Safety and Environmental legislation
- Creation of information systems, including detailed reports, which enable the monitoring of both financial and technical performance – resulting in improved management decision-making for long-term maintenance
Client Relationship Team
Another notable recruitment update is the creation of our Client Relationship team. Our Property Managers have now been joined by Client Relationship Managers and Client Relationship Coordinators to form this new structure.
Alongside our Property Managers, the main objectives of our Client Relationship Managers and Client Relationship Coordinators are to communicate effectively with all stakeholders, and to establish and maintain positive client relationships.
Our Facilities Management department and the newly created roles in our Client Relationship team bring extra support and expertise to our wider team, further enhancing the services we provide to our customers and clients.
These recent developments reflect our continued commitment to investing in our people and strengthening the services we offer. We’re excited to see the positive impact of our growing team and look forward to continuing to support our clients.
