To achieve this property management service, BNS provides the whole development with a dedicated and experienced Property Manager. This includes access to management support, use of systems, administrative help, full financial support and advice, chairing of meetings & production of minutes, collating of specifications and quotes for major works and undertaking of all day-to-day duties required.

We have vast experience in managing all types of developments whether they be converted or purpose built. From small scale apartment buildings to large multi-schedule complexes and housing estates with shared facilities.
We manage retirement complexes, serviced buildings with site staff and concierge services as well as managing the maintenance and health & safety of church premises, schools and sports complexes. We also apply our on-site management services to housing associations including the management of the demised premises as well as the communal areas.
